We support and enhance the communities in which we work and live

Our community programme supports and enhances the communities in which we work and live.
Our three key priorities are supporting rural communities working with The Prince’s Countryside Fund, supporting local communities and employee volunteering.

For all employees to take up their fully paid volunteering day each year. Measured as people days equivalent compared to total number of employees.

Everyone is actively encouraged to take up their volunteering day. We currently support Crisis at Christmas, Grocery Aid and IGD’s Feeding Britain’s Future and employees are also encouraged to find other local organisations to work with.
