In addition to producing bulk dairy products, Dairy Crest Ingredients adds value to raw milk supply through product differentiation, quality and service. We also produce specialised products for a customer base including leading UK and European food manufacturers.
Manufacturing
We have a dedicated creamery at our Severnside site in Gloucestershire. Products produced at Severnside include milk powders, butter and stabilised cream. Other dairy powders are produced at our Crudgington site in Shropshire. Whey products including whey powder, lactose and whey butter in Davidstow, Cornwall.
