The Davidstow Creamery in Cornwall has been making cheese for over 50 years. For Davidstow Cheddar, it follows a traditional recipe and mainly uses milk produced in Devon and Cornwall. At this year's Nantwich International Cheese Show Davidstow Cheddar was named Reserve Supreme Champion UK and in recent years it has been a winner at regional, national and international cheese shows including; Cheshire, Yorkshire and Bath & West, as well as the British Cheese Awards.
