Cathedral City is the nation’s favourite cheese brand and is present in one in three UK homes thanks to the unique mature taste that mums and dads enjoy and a mellow creaminess that kids love.

Cathedral City's unique taste is perfect for sandwiches, salads, pasta and jacket potatoes, and makes the ultimate cheese on toast. It is made at our Davidstow Creamery in Cornwall using a traditional West Country recipe and matured for many months to develop its distinctive flavour.

Cathedral City regularly wins industry awards - recently the brand's Mild version took Gold at the 2009 Nantwich International Cheese Show.

Cathedral City Mature Lighter has the creamy delicious flavour of Cathedral City but has 30% less fat than standard Cheddar.

Cathedral City comes in both Mature and Extra mature varieties, available pre-packed in 200g, 400g and 600g sizes and from the delicatessen counter at all major supermarkets nationwide.

Nutrition Information

As well as tasting great, Cathedral City is also an excellent source of calcium (55g provides 50% of the RDA). It is suitable for vegetarians and free from preservatives and artificial flavourings.
